Please supply us with the following:
1. A copy of your valid photo ID (driver’s license or passport)
2. Proof of ownership (such as copy of purchase of agreement, deed, or tax bill)
3. An original gas, telephone or other utility bill for the rental property dated within the last 3 months
4. A copy of your Credit/Debit Card front and back, used to pay for the listing.
On 2nd thought, might they also be after your property -- your VR itself? Appears they might manage to get enough ID information to actually sell your property to an unsuspecting buyer in addition to all sorts of other things like opening up new accounts & credit cards in your name.
